Twista – They want efx freestyle
Twista has never been one of those dude’s i checked for. I dont know why, just never did. But my sense of nostalgia meant that it was impossible for me not to suss out anything over that ‘they want efx’ instro. Twista does a good job of it, which is not surprising given his thing has traditionally been rapping fast.

Dereck Chisora and David Haye get into post fight brawl.
The press conference after the Vitali Klitschko / Derek Chisora fight took an unexpected turn when David Haye and Dereck Chisora got into a verbal stoush which ended up in a Brawl. Chisora’s fellow British heavyweight and Klitschko brothers victim Haye took offense to comments made about his lacklustre showing against Wladimir, and an argument ensued. Chisora mocked Haye about the ‘toe injury’ that Haye blamed affected his performance against Wlad. Haye replied with something (inaudible) that resulted in Chisora leaving the stage to confront him, at which point a fight ensued.
Chisora also instigated an altercation at the weigh in to the fight, when he slapped Vitali in the face.
He later spat in Wladimir’s face.
Chisora complained of being glassed during the altercation. You cant see it in the vid, but these photos appear to back up his claim that a glass or bottle was involved.

Whoever produced it used that same sample that K Def did for ‘Real Live shit’, which made me go back and have a listen to it. The Turnaround is such a great fucking album. Mad slept on IMO, it should get a lot more love. This has nothing to do with troy ave or anything, but fuck it – we’re here now. So i’m going to post the remix of Real Live Shit just for kicks.
TT3D – Closer to the Edge
Trailer for an interesting doco on the isle of man TT, one of the worlds most dangerous races. For those unaware – the TT is a motorcycle race conducted on the Isle of Man (derr) – on a road circuit that weaves through towns and country side. It is notorious for injuries and fatalities because well… ride a superbike at 300kmh + through a town and see what happens.
