This dropped yesterday but i only just got around to peeping it. Good shit from some of the undisputed legends of the Australian scene.
Normally i try not to jack everything about the way other, better, blogs post stuff, but this image is too good not to re-use
Haha fuck! I should have led with this. This does get to have the honor of being the 100th post on this shitty little site, and i cant think of a better way to celebrate. How am i only just finding out about this? 2004? what the fuck was i doing this whole time. I should have been watching this.
Start off your thursday with a new Planet Asia vid.
Us evo drivers love to pull this video out when people give us shit for driving lancers. It does a good job showcasing what’s so good about these things. There’s another part to the vid that shows the downsides, but i’m not going to post that
This is a bonus track exclusive to JB hifi that will not appear on the final product, you can pre-order the album here
Video for “Back in the park”, a joint from the upcoming “wasted talent” EP.
10 second pass on a stock turbo is pretty amazing. Just shows what these things are capable of.
From the Honkey Kong album. This has some serious features on it. DJ Premier, Evidence, DJ Muggs, Statik Selektah and Da Beatminerz on production. Joining forces with Apathy on the mic duties are the upperclassmen of respected MCs with a line-up that features Xzibit, Vinnie Paz, Celph Titled, Ill Bill, Slaine, General Steele (of Smif-N-Wessun), Mad Lion, Action Bronson and his AOTP brethren Esoteric, Outerspace and Reef the Lost Cauze.
Looks like the swiss have branched out from clocking making. This hill climb monster utilises a turbocharger and a supercharger to make 800hp and 800 nm of torque from a 2.0L engine. It weighs in at a very lean 1080kg. Top speed over 300kmh and 0-100kmh in 2.3 seconds. Suffice to say, this thing is a monster.
Today is a tribute to some of the greatest cars of all time, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution series. In between the usual hip hop clips, i’m going to post up some dangerous and sexy Evo’s because that’s how i roll. Literally. Mine is red.
Monsta Monday strikes again.
I posted the audio for this one before – now, the video. Boom.
NJ duo Surg & Hellfire have dropped their sophomore LP, “Live & Learn”, and here is the first video from it. I’d never heard of these guys before this, but i’m liking it. If you are keen to check out more – you can suss it out here: http://surgandhellfire.bandcamp.com
These guys move fast! They just dropped another video from Lonesharks, and here it is.
Another video from Apollo 21.
This one comes out next week, looks pretty fucking awesome.
Half of me is cool with this. I dont know how more rappers dont punch people in the face… i’ve had dudes come up and do that battle shit to me out of nowhere and it’s hard not to let your hands go, especially after a few drinks.
But the other half of me says if you dont want to battle some kid thats run up on you, you probably shouldn’t start rapping at him and give him the opening to begin with.
what do you think? weigh in below.
